We value in every purchase and do our best to honor all shipping requests to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. To guarantee that an item reaches you as soon as possible, please read the shipping policy below for online orders.
We primarily ship through USPS but use other companies as needed.
Please Note: We will not be able to refund the shipping cost as it is directly paid to the shipping company.
PROCESSING TIME
Since each item is handmade at the time of purchase, unless it is a seasonal item or promotional item, it may take up to 3-5 days to process before being shipped. We try our best to get products shipped out as fast as possible!
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the continental United States but hope to add international shipping in the future.
SALES TAX
There will be an 8.25% sales tax, consistent with Texas law, at the time of checkout.
RATES
Currently we have a flat rate shipping fee of $4.99 and offer FREE shipping on orders over $50.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Since we do a lot of custom orders, we will only accept returns or exchanges on items that are not a custom order. Since every item is handmade, there will be natural variations between the finished product and photographic displays. We pride ourselves on only providing products that are consistent with our own high standards of quality.
For returns, contact us within 14 days of delivery. After contact and agreeance on return, you will have 14 days to ship the item back to us. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be provided upon receipt of the returned item. If the item is not returned in its original condition, no refund will be issued.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
